Welcome to this Southbay Nikkei Golf Club website, www.sbngc.com. Southbay Nikkei Golf Club was started by golfers like Mas Hayashi, the first club president, back in 1988. There were 38 golfers, many belonging to other golf clubs in the area, whose desire was to golf on a weekday for recreation and have a good time. Golfing has always been on Fridays with tee time of ten in the morning. Interested golfers are invited to join the group. In 2009, we welcomed members of the Closest To The Pin Golf Club presided by Glenn Tsuchiya to join us. Since then we have continued to add new members (check the Members Index page).
